have come up before.
What training do teachers have?
Our staff has educational training and backgrounds in early childhood education. During the year we have in service
workshops, as well as weekly staff meetings to discuss project/curriculum development, as well as needs for individual
children. We attend conferences and workshops throughout the year, in addition to visiting another facility once a year to
share ideas and concepts.
Why do I pay for August or June when there are only a few days in each month?
Our tuition is based on a yearly basis (see payment schedule) This yearly tuition is payable in 10 equal payments, 2 equal
payments w/ a discount or 1 full payment in August with discount. We have found this to help people in budgeting.
Are snack and lunches provided?
There is a shared effort for morning snack, as well as a Person of the Day or Week bringing in a fruit or vegetable. This
has helped cut down on wasted packaging materials. Children bring their own afternoon snack and lunch. We do cooking
activities throughout the year, especially for getting ready for our Family Gatherings!
Will my child be ready for first grade?
We are very fortunate in having families who are so involved with their child's development. Children are so full of
potential and capabilities. We are providing that environment that develops those capabilities. Our objectives are based on
the National Standards and are always integrated into experiences children are engaged in. We have a keen eye for
concerns and/or delays and will work with you to get the best services and help you can. We work with already
established speech, occupational or physical therapists for your child.
